Italian business services group acquires in Baltic States

Gi Group, an Italian holding company providing talent and BPO solutions, has acquired CVO Recruitment and Simplika.

CVO Recruitment and Simplika provide executive search, recruitment, and staffing solutions to over 450 clients in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.

Gi Group Holding is the 5th largest European staffing firm, and 16th worldwide. The transaction marks Gi Group Holding’s market entry into Estonia and Latvia, augmenting an existing presence in Lithuania.
